Groveport, Ohio is the largest city in Ohio and is located in the northeast area of Ohio. It is also a suburb of Columbus. The City of Cleveland is about forty miles to the north, and the state capitol, the Ohio State Museum, is about three hundred miles to the south. There are many exciting sites to see in and around Groveport, Ohio. There are many outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, boating, sailing, swimming, and bicycling. A National Whitewater Center offers rafting trips through artificial and natural rapids over the Cuyahoga River. There are museums to see, art galleries to peruse, and restaurants to dine in. The city is about a two-hour drive from Cleveland, Columbus, and Pittsburgh and a three-hour drive from the Ohio State University campus. It's close enough to take a bus to the university if you need to go there, or you can take a cab. The area is pretty quiet, but it still has people, whether it be residents or tourists. It's easy to get a hold of someone in case of an emergency, but there are no police stations or fire stations in the city. As far as recreation goes, Groveport, Ohio, has plenty to do for anyone.
