The city is about a two-hour drive from Cleveland, Columbus, and Pittsburgh and a three-hour drive from the Ohio State University campus. It's close enough to take a bus to the university if you need to go there, or you can take a cab. The area is pretty quiet, but it still has people, whether it be residents or tourists. It's easy to get a hold of someone in case of an emergency, but there are no police stations or fire stations in the city. As far as recreation goes, Groveport, Ohio, has plenty to do for anyone.
